- All members regardless of the class of membership they belong
to shall have the privilege of the floor in the discussion at
any meeting of the General Body, shall be entitled to participate
in any professional activity of the ACPI, to receive publications
with or without charges as may be determined by the Board of
Directors, to inspect the accounts of the ACPI, to inspect the
minutes of the General Body Meetings and of the meetings of
the Board of Directors, and to receive a copy of these minutes
if they are published and distributed.

- Each member in good standing shall be entitled to vote at
the meetings of the General Body, and to stand as a candidate
for being elected to any office or membership of the Board of
Directors and other Standing Committees.
- An Honorary Member shall be entitled to all the rights and
privileges of membership including participation in the meetings
of the General Body, but without the right to vote or to hold
any office.
- Fellowships are by nominations that have contributed significantly
for patient welfare and pharmacy practice
